About the features
The basic models of nozzle heaters are made of brass. The maximum surface power is 6 W/cm² and the temperature is 400 °C. The wires are pure nickel, heat resistant to 400 °C and the standard length of the wires is 500 mm, but other lengths are also available on request. The steel braid protects the wires from mechanical damage.
The connection box in the basic model (picture below) is axial (30°). Alternative connections are axial 0°, radial or tangential.
Installation and tightening
- 2 pcs brass screws,
- 2 pcs non-rotating lock nuts
- Allen key Ø 4 mm
NOTE! Remember to retighten after initial heating.
