Manual bag sealers
Manual bag sealer i.e. impulse seams
is a handy and versatile device. With the impulse sealer you can create an airtight and waterproof seam on a variety of materials (including polyethylene, polyurethane, PVC, pliofilm, Kel-F, polyflex, mylar, PVA, tivac, saran and nylon).
Seam cutter equipped with a cutting knife
Cuts the material to be sealed at a distance of 6 mm from the seam. Very useful, for example, in packaging lines.

Foot pedal operated bag sealers include: multi-purpose impulse sealer , which is designed for continuous use. The sealer provides an airtight and waterproof seal with all common thermoplastic materials, such as thermoplastic films, polyethylene and polypropylene.
The machine's automation and timer prevent welding errors caused by the user. Once the correct values have been set, the automation ensures the quality of the seam from the first to the last piece to be welded.
The machine is ideal for packaging food, confectionery, medicines, tools, spare parts and other supplies. The price includes a foot pedal for manual operation. The machine can be equipped with a piece counter as an accessory.
Double impulse seamer for heavy duty use:

is a heavy-duty, foot-operated bag sealer. This column machine is suitable for thick materials up to 0.5 mm.
Depending on the model, the machine makes a seam 5 mm and 10 mm wide. Welding takes place on both the top and bottom of the material at the same time. Thanks to the method, you get a durable seam in less than a second. An ergonomic, adjustable stand comes as standard.
FIT series bag sealer for exceptionally heavy items:
Developed for packaging exceptionally heavy items such as powders, grain, fertilizers or liquids FIT series bag sealer.
The welding head of the foot-operated column machine can be adjusted to an angle of up to 45 degrees to make working easier. The maximum seam length and seam widths are the same as the basic model.
